returns and refunds

pallax is a download, not a box in the post. so there is nothing to send back. this page explains what happens instead.

our 14-day refund

if pallax is not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. you do not need to give a reason.

how to get your refund

email admin@pallax.co.uk with the email address you bought with and your order reference (it is on your paddle receipt). paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, issues the refund back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

found a bug?

if something is not working, email admin@pallax.co.uk with what happened, a screenshot if you can, and your mac or windows version. most issues are a quick fix on our end and we would rather sort it. your 14-day refund still stands either way.

your legal rights

this refund is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
